Zaw Zaw Co

A newly discovered young contemporary artist from Myanmar, Zaw Zaw Co communicates a sense of freedom in his first series "Beyond Living". The artist depicts grass roots people of his country whether it be family, travellers, or workers in the motion of going forward in their humble vehicles into the backdrop of intricately drawn map of Myanmar. Though not visible, the feeling of hope and the thrive to get away to the better future is speaking loudly in his body of work.
